A focused visit covering one or two taps with reduced flow or visible drip. Aerators are cleaned, cartridges or washers replaced where needed, and the spout reseated against the deck or wall.

Multi-Drain Clearing

Bathroom Renovation Plumbing

Frequently Asked
How soon can you visit?
For standard tap and drain jobs, we usually have a slot within one to two working days. Bathroom renovation plumbing requires a short scoping call first, and we can often schedule within the same week depending on the project size.
Are the prices listed per visit or per fixture?
The listed prices are per service visit as described. The Tap & Aerator service covers one or two taps in one visit at RM 240. The Multi-Drain Clearing covers two drains at RM 320. The Bathroom Renovation plumbing package is RM 1,440 for a standard bathroom. If your situation differs, we quote before we start.
Do I need to supply parts?
We carry common cartridges, washers, aerators, and fittings. For the bathroom renovation service, we can source the main fixtures if needed, or work with parts you have already selected. We will let you know at booking stage what is required.
Do you serve areas outside Kuala Lumpur?
Our primary coverage is Kuala Lumpur and the adjacent areas of Petaling Jaya and Ampang. For locations further out, please contact us first and we will let you know if travel is feasible for your job type.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, DuitNow QR, and bank transfer. Payment is collected after the work is completed and you have confirmed everything is in order.
Is there a follow-up if the issue comes back?
If the same fault returns within 14 days of our visit under normal use conditions, we will come back and assess without charging a second call-out fee. We will then discuss what the appropriate next step is.
