How We Approach Every Job
Every Aman Tap visit follows the same sequence regardless of the job type. We start by looking — at the fixture, the surrounding pipework, and water behaviour under normal operating conditions. A diagnosis that takes an extra five minutes saves a second visit later.
Once we understand the fault, we explain it in plain terms and confirm the cost before starting. The work is done methodically, tested under pressure, and the area is cleaned before we leave. We do not consider a job finished until a flow or pressure test has been run.

Service 01
Tap & Aerator Service
A focused visit covering one or two taps with reduced flow or visible drip. Aerators are cleaned, cartridges or washers replaced where needed, and the spout reseated against the deck or wall. We carry the common cartridge types used in Malaysian residential taps so that the repair is typically completed in a single visit.

Service 02
Multi-Drain Clearing
Clearing of two slowed drains in the same household — for example, kitchen sink and one bathroom basin — completed in one visit. Includes trap cleaning and a final flow test on each line. This service is designed for households where two related drains have slowed at the same time, allowing both to be addressed efficiently in a single appointment.

Bathroom Renovation Plumbing
A coordinated plumbing visit during a bathroom renovation, covering rough-in, fixture mounting points, and final fitting of basin, mixer, toilet, and shower set. Pressure-tested before sign-off. This service is designed to integrate with your renovation timeline — we work with your contractor, confirm the sequencing in advance, and attend at the correct stages to keep the project moving.

Every pressurised connection is tested before the job is signed off. Drain work receives a full flow test.

Parts sourced from established Malaysian plumbing suppliers. No unmarked generic fittings on pressurised connections.
Site Clean-Up
Work area cleared and wiped on departure. Packaging and old parts removed from the property.
Quote Before Work
Written or WhatsApp confirmation of the full cost before any work starts. The confirmed price is the final price.
14-Day Return Policy
Same fault within 14 days — we return to assess at no additional call-out cost.
